Lunarshine Design for Dr. Anthony C. Zwaan is Launched 5.1.05 Lunarshine Web Design and Development of Portsmouth, New Hampshire announces the launch of DrZwaan.com. 
Dr. Zwaan's philosophy is to provide a "medical home" with comprehensive medical care for the whole family in
an uncomplicated, small setting with easy access.
It is a solo, private practice. Patients will see only Dr. Zwaan as scheduled, requested or needed. You will benefit from continuity of care and access to Dr. Zwaan. Dr. Zwaan has been practicing medicine on the Seacoast since 1997. He was born and raised in the Netherlands, and received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Vermont and his M.D. from New York Medical College. Dr. Zwaan received a military scholarship and did his internship at Naval Hospital Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. He also trained for six months at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute in Pensacola, Florida. He then served for three years as a Naval Flight Surgeon assigned to a Marine Corps Helicopter Squadron. Upon completion of his military commitment Dr. Zwaan finished his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Vermont's Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, Vermont. He then moved to Exeter, and after working in group practices, Dr. Zwaan opened his own solo, private practice in August, 2004. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has admitting privileges at Exeter Hospital. Dr. Zwaan lives in Exeter with his wife and two children. He is involved in his community and enjoys living in and caring for patients in the same town.
